Mellow Mushroom
The customer-favorite Mellow Mushroom is rolling out a Build-Your-Own Vegan Pizza! Choose from toppings like spinach, mushrooms, Mellow red sauce, tempeh, Follow Your Heart cheese, and more. Also, in addition to their online vegan filter, they will be adding a dedicated vegan menu for their dining room!

Veganuary launches never tasted so dreamy! This January, Salt & Straw introduces five delicious plant-based flavors for their Dairy-Free Decadence Series. Try Toasted Oat Milk & Cookies, Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge, Bananas Foster, and Chocolate Sorbet.

Cinnaholic
Cinnaholic introduces three new flavors, available at all locations beginning January 3. Try the new S’Mores Cookie Biscoff, Cookie Butter Roll, and Candied Almond Roll. And don’t worry if you miss the Veganuary launch—the new treats will be on the menu through March. These pair perfectly with a tall glass of plant-based milk!
Blue Sushi Sake Grill
Feeling like sushi? Head to Blue Sushi Sake Grill. The restaurant will offer Veganuary specials each week of the entire month! Specials feature their vegan smoked salmon and include discounts on the following new rolls: Vegan Up In Smoke, Vegan Hot Popper, and Vegan Philadelphia. During the last week of January, you’ll receive 25% off all vegan maki.

No Veganuary launch list would be complete without an update from The Chicago Diner. This month’s specials include the Avocado Super Crunch Salad, Jibarito Po’Boy, Chicken-Style Pot Pie, Lasagna, Salted Caramel Shake, and Vanilla Chai Cheesecake. Also, be sure to get over there on Tuesdays for their specials on vegan wings!

If you’re in LA, you won’t want to miss this one! For the month of January, Verón is offering their limited-edition Churro Macaron. Excuse me? Say what? That’s right! This little treat sports an organic cinnamon-sugar shell with a creamy dulce de leche in a cinnamon buttercream. We’re not drooling, you are! They also ship nationwide.

Next up on our list of Veganuary launches is Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Ice Cream. This St. Louis-based scoop shop offers nationwide shipping! The handcrafted January flavors include Lenny & Larry’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, Lenny & Larry’s White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie, Ba’Nilla Puddin’, Strawberry Crunch, and Blueberry Crumble.

NYC Vegan Dining Month
This year, NYC introduces its first Vegan Dining Month. Restaurants getting in on the celebration include Ladybird, PLNT Burger, Cinnaholic, Avant Garden, Plantega, and more. The city will also be decked out in Veganuary promotional ads, from its subways, restaurants, and gyms to its streets and bodegas. We see you, NYC!
Veganuary Festival
Orlando kicks off the month with its Veganuary Festival located at Persimmon Hollow Brewing in Lake Eola. This pet- and family-friendly event hosts over 25 local businesses. Enjoy music, speakers, food, drink, crafts, and more! The festival will be held on January 7 from 12-5pm.
