This is Hart House's second Los Angeles opening in just two months.
The San Gabriel Valley is getting another plant-based option! Vegan fast-food restaurant Hart House will be opening in Monrovia this November.
New Vegan Restaurant in Monrovia
Hart House is a vegan quick-service restaurant offering plant-based versions of traditional American favorites. The menu boasts vegan comfort food classics like burgers, fries, shakes, and chicken nuggets.
In August of this year, Hart House opened its first location in Westchester. The opening was a massive success, with over 1,200 meals sold on day one! More than 7,000 guests visited the restaurant in the first week, including celebrities like Lil Baby, Brody Jenner, and Nicole Ari Parker.
The new location is set to open in early November. Hart House Monrovia will be located at 602 W Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA 91016. The new space will offer both indoor and outdoor seating and is adjacent to the 210 freeway.
Not Your Average Fast-Food Restaurant
Even though the Westchester location has only been open for a couple of months, it has already acquired quite a following. It often draws lines down the block, and customers have driven from all over LA to try the food.
Aside from offering delicious food, Hart House is committed to serving the community and making plant-based meals accessible to all. As a result, Hart House is one of the most affordable vegan restaurants in Los Angeles. A basic cheeseburger is just $5.99! And if you’d like to make it a combo with fries and a drink, it’s only $10.49. In fact, there isn’t a single meal on the menu for more than $15.
In addition to providing affordable vegan food, Hart House offers an industry-leading base wage of $19-22/hour to all of its employees.
