Get ready, Portland! The inaugural Veganizer Asian Market is set to debut in a big way. On Sunday, June 1, 2025, this one-of-a-kind night market will light up the Redd on Salmon with over 50 Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander-owned small businesses. This all-vegan evening celebrates AANHPI heritage through food, culture, and community—while benefiting APANO, Oregon’s longstanding Asian advocacy organization.

A Flavor-Packed Vendor Lineup

From cult-favorite restaurants to brand-new ventures, the food lineup is next level. Obon Shokudo, Jade Rabbit, Norah, and Mirisata will serve up fan favorites, while Pasar, Sandy’s Myanmar Cuisine, and Yoonique Pho & Grill bring even more flavor. Alley Mezza is teaming up with Palestinian chef Jawaher, and Hurry Back Curry joins as the new brainchild of Sudra’s founder. Expect street food, snacks, and small plates galore. Libre will fuel the party with craft cocktails infused with Asian flavors.

More Than Just Food

This year, Veganizer expands beyond eats! Shoppers can browse art, home goods, jewelry, skin care, and more—all animal-product free. Local favorites like OTA Tofu, Sibeiho, Pan’s Mushroom Jerky, and HAB Sauce will also be vending. Plus, don’t miss on-site activations like gongfu tea from Apa Kabar, henna art by Shop Amrapali, and live portraits from Tiny Space.

VegOut Editorial Team

Plant-based publication since 2016 · Editorial team across food, lifestyle, and human-behavior writing

VegOut launched in 2016 as a plant-based dining voice and has grown into a digital lifestyle publication for conscious living. Our editorial team covers what we eat, how we live, and how we think — from chef-driven recipes and sustainable travel to the psychology of relationships, generational shifts, and emotional resilience. We publish for a readership ranging from committed vegans to the curiously conscious, all united by a philosophy of impact over identity. We’re anti-dogma, pro-progress, and we believe the planet doesn’t need a few people doing conscious living perfectly — it needs millions of people doing it imperfectly.
