Calling all Food Network fans, TV star Rachael Ray is partnering with vegan protein brand Meati by creating recipes that feature the brand’s vegan chicken and steak. Ray and other recognizable chefs are helping to introduce Meati’s mushroom root-based meat alternative to the world! Rachael Ray Brings Approachable Recipes to Meati Culinary Collective

This month the Meati team announced its partnership with culinary icon Rachael Ray. The TV personality will join the brand’s Culinary Collective team of chefs debuting Meati recipes. Thus far, Ray’s contributions have included an evolving series of recipes and cooking tips. This content channels her approachable recipes and relatable cooking style reminiscent of her 30-Minute Meals days. Her veganizable array of recipes can be used to elevate Meati products, including the brand’s innovative Cutlets and Steaks.

“When I first heard about Meati, I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into it,” said Ray. “You will see by the content I created how much fun I had working with their cutlets and steaks—the
possibilities seemed endless and I am really excited to see how you use this truly new,
whole-food protein in your favorite recipes.”

In addition to the Food Network veteran, Meati’s Culinary Collective also features other well-known chefs like David Chang, Tom Colicchio, Evan Funke, and Charlie McKenna (two-time World BBQ Champion and Chicago’s Lillie’s Q chef and founder).

Meati Foods Celebrated Its National Retail Debut in 2023

Meati Foods was founded in 2017 with the intention of unlocking delicious, nutritious, equitable, and sustainable food systems for all. The brand’s debut product line features Meati Cutlets and Steaks made from mycelium, aka mushroom root, a whole-food protein. As a novel product on the market, the brand grew in popularity, later celebrating its national retail debut at Sprouts Farmers Market in March 2023. Shoppers can now find Meati products at a variety of retailers.
