La Semilla

The V Spot

Since 2006, The V Spot has served vegan Latin cuisine to the New York community. Customers can’t get enough of the restaurant’s Bandeja Paisa, a platter featuring crispy seitan chicharron, ground carne “molida,” Colombian-style egg scramble, Latin yellow rice, Cuban black beans, avocado, sweet plantain, and a white corn arepa.

Earthy Picks is the story of another successful vegan pop-up-gone-brick-and-mortar in Orlando! The Latina-owned vegan cafe makes vegan Latin dishes using wholesome ingredients. For example, their All Day Brunch Burrito is composed of massaged kale, black bean purée, tofu scrambled, fresh tomato, avocado, and pink sauce.
