Vietnamese American Minh Tsai started selling products at a farmers market in the Bay Area over 15 years ago. Now, he’s the owner of one of the fastest-­growing companies in the plant protein category, the brand responsible for crafting Chipotle’s beloved Sofritas! In addition to its foodservice presence, Hodo offers a plethora of soy-based retail products—including their oh-so-convenient All-Day Egg Scramble.

Jack & Friends

With a background in food science, Jack & Friends founder Jessica Kwong created a vegan jerky recipe that checks off all of the boxes. Featuring a jackfruit and pea protein base, this vegan jerky is free of the top eight allergens and made without any added sugars.

Coconut Whisk
