Brooklyn’s first-ever Plant Powered Kids Festival is set to sprout on Sunday, February 2, 2025. Held indoors at Industry City, this family-friendly event promises a day packed with plant-based fun, education, and entertainment for all ages. From a vibrant vendor hall to engaging workshops and cooking classes, there’s something for everyone. Plus, kids and adults alike can stretch it out with yoga sessions or mingle with like-minded families.

The festival will close with an exciting performance by Jumpin' Jamie, a "kindie rock" star who has delighted kids nationwide with his music, puppets, and magic. With appearances on Sesame Street and other PBS programs, Jamie is sure to bring smiles to the mainstage.
Building a Plant-Powered Future
The event is co-hosted by Plant Based Juniors (PBJ), led by pediatric dietitians Whitney English and Alexandra Caspero. With over 200,000 followers, PBJ is a trusted voice in the plant-powered parenting space. Attendees can look forward to workshops led by the duo, sharing their expertise on plant-based nutrition for kids.
Festival Details and Tickets
Running from 10am to 5pm, the festival offers a scenic space with water views and the Manhattan skyline. General admission is $10 for individuals or $20 for families. For a VIP experience, the $25 Golden Ticket grants early entry, a goodie bag, and priority access to panels.
