The truck has been in operation since December 2018, and can often be found at local breweries, VegFests, and other Florida festivals. Knocker Tots offers a variety of vegan tater tot dishes, including Sweet Knockers (sweet potato tots tossed in cinnamon and dusted in powdered sugar, served with vegan icing dip), Not-Cho Knockers (tater tots loaded with vegan nacho cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, vegan sour cream, and sliced jalapenos), and Mac’n’Knockers (tater tots loaded with vegan mac ‘n’ cheese, vegan sour cream, crispy onions, and scallions).
