FLORA Plant Based Cuisine

Founded in 2016 in Quito, Ecuador as a vegan permaculture restaurant, FLORA Plant Based Cuisine moved to Florida in 2020 as a vegan food truck serving Ecuadorian-inspired organic meals using non-GMO ingredients as much as possible. In addition to serving delicious food, Flora is also committed to promoting permaculture and zero-waste principles. Some of their menu items include the Bestial Beats, Animal Freedom, Chori Pan, and Magic Burger. They also offer appetizers such as Sweet Plantains with Muhammara and Roasted Potatoes with Herbs, as well as a variety of drinks. Vegan Scoops is a vegan ice cream truck that prides itself on using high-quality, natural ingredients in their dishes. Knocker Tots is a vegan food truck owned and operated by veterans Sonja Stringer and Joshua Compton. The truck has been in operation since December 2018, and can often be found at local breweries, VegFests, and other Florida festivals. Knocker Tots offers a variety of vegan tater tot dishes, including Sweet Knockers (sweet potato tots tossed in cinnamon and dusted in powdered sugar, served with vegan icing dip), Not-Cho Knockers (tater tots loaded with vegan nacho cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, vegan sour cream, and sliced jalapenos), and Mac’n’Knockers (tater tots loaded with vegan mac ‘n’ cheese, vegan sour cream, crispy onions, and scallions). Knocker Tots is committed to using high-quality, environmentally sustainable ingredients and believes that good food doesn’t need to cause harm.

Korgette is a fully vegan food truck dedicated to offering delicious, healthy dishes made with the best seasonal ingredients.
