Greens + Grains Bowl

Ordering vegan at CAVA? Then opt to build your own Greens + Grains Bowl. It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

Step 1: Choose your base.

Go for SuperGreens, arugula, SplendidGreens, and more. Pair these plant-based favorites with brown rice, basmati rice, or lentils.

Step 2: Select your main.

Falafel is a great go-to, but if you’re not feeling it, then try the roasted veggies. Or get half and half!

Step 3: Add dips, toppings, and dressings.

Vegan dips at CAVA include hummus, roasted eggplant, harissa, and beyond. From tomato + cucumber to cabbage slaw, Kalamata olives, pickled onions, and avocado, you will also find an array of vegan toppings at CAVA. Once you’ve added toppings, drizzle on some dressing. We suggest garlic dressing, harissa vinaigrette, and lemon herb tahini for starters.

Why not try pairing this one with the free side of a pita wedge?

Salad Bowl

Creating a Salad Bowl when eating vegan at CAVA follows the same strategy as the Greens + Grains Bowl. Greens include arugula, romaine, SuperGreens, baby spinach, and SplendidGreens. For SuperGreens, think heartier greens like Brussels sprouts and kale. SplendidGreens, on the other hand, are lighter, more delicate greens. Choose one option for your bowl or go halves on two different greens.

Grains Bowl

If it’s more of a grains night for you, then skip the greens and create a Grains Bowl instead. Can’t decide between brown rice, saffron basmati rice, and lentils? No worries. Go with half of one and half of another. Eating vegan at CAVA? You’ve got this!

Pitas

When it comes to the pitas at CAVA, go with the Crispy Falafel. This one comes loaded with hummus, eggplant, slaw, pickles, tomato, and onion. And did we mention it’s served with garlic dressing and spicy skhug? Yes, please! So, go ahead. Indulge in the creamy-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-outside sandwich delight.

As an alternative, lean into the build-your-own. Fill a CAVA pita with your choice of greens, grains, toppings, and more. Hey, we told you there would be options!
