For a quick, preset signature meal, Qdoba has you covered! So opt for the vegan-as-is Fajita Vegan Bowl, Impossible Fajita Bowl, or Impossible Fajita Burrito for a tasty and filling meal. To order the Impossible Taco Salad, omit the cheese and you’re good to go!

Fajita Vegan Bowl: Who doesn’t love sliced and sautéed fajita veggies and handcrafted guacamole? The Qdoba Fajita Vegan Bowl comes with fajita vegetables and guacamole along with fresh pico, chile corn salsa, salsa verde, black beans, and seasoned brown rice.

Impossible Fajita Bowl: Picture cilantro lime rice and black beans loaded up with Impossible meat and topped with hand-sliced, freshly sautéed red and green bell peppers and onions, chile corn salsa, salsa verde, and a sprinkle of cilantro.

Impossible Fajita Burrito: Craving a loaded vegan burrito? Then give this one a go! Packed with Impossible meat, pico de gallo, and your choice of beans and rice, the Impossible Fajita Burrito is a delicious handheld to order.

Please note that brekkie modifications cannot be made online. So order your breakfast in person to keep it vegan at Qdoba. Pair your creations with OJ or coffee for the ultimate meal.

Breakfast Burrito: When ordered without protein, eggs, or queso, this brekkie handheld is totally vegan. Peep potatoes, veggies, handcrafted guacamole, and fresh salsas wrapped in a plant-based tortilla.

Breakfast Bowl: Similar to the breakfast burrito, order your bowl without protein, eggs, or queso for a meal loaded with potatoes, veggies, guacamole, and salsa.
