Michelin Star-winning Executive Chef Massimo Falsini and three-time Michelin Star-winning Chef Daniel Humm will create magic with a menu that combines EMP’s modern elegance with Caruso’s Californian coastal cuisine. Expect an entirely plant-based feast showcasing the freshest ingredients from California’s Central Coast, including Eggplant Malfatti, Silken Tofu with Peas, and San Ynez Toybox Tomato Salad.
