Award-winning and eco-conscious, The Plot is thrilled to announce the return of its renowned tasting menu dinner series, Plantscape, to Orange County. Following the successful launch of its first OC location at The CAMP in late January, The Plot is set to host the second installment of this innovative dinner series on Thursday, May 30, starting at 4pm with seatings available until 9pm.

Curated by The Plot’s culinary visionaries executive chef Davin Waite, head chef Travis Roe, and master fermentor and baker Chef Bryan Balzer, Plantscape promises a six-course dining experience highlighting locally sourced, regeneratively grown, and hyper-seasonal ingredients. Drawing inspiration from The Plot’s own garden project at their flagship Oceanside location, the menu showcases inventive techniques like total utilization and dry-aging, resulting in produce-centric dishes that truly shine.
