Nori will be serving up vegan sushi, ramen, and craft cocktails.
Calling all Austin vegans! There’s a new vegan Japanese restaurant in town. Nori will host its grand opening this Friday, August 12.
New Vegan Japanese Restaurant Opens in Austin
Nori is a vegan Japanese restaurant that specializes in vegan sushi. After a year of planning, Nori is finally opening the doors to its brick-and-mortar Texas home. The restaurant will feature appetizers, ramen, cocktails and mocktails alongside its impressive vegan sushi menu. There will be some American fusion on the menu, with dishes like Beet Fries and a Wedge Salad to choose from.
But, the most popular section of the menu is the vegan sushi, of course. Nori uses a variety of ingredients to make unique vegan rolls, including hearts of palm, JUST Egg, and tomato. Customers will have the option to order a Nigiri Sampler, which will come with six pieces of different rolls. The rest of the sushi menu includes traditional California, Spider, and Dragon rolls with a vegan twist. And, the Hearts of Palm roll made with tomato, micro greens, and spicy mayo was a hit at Nori’s soft opening.
Vegan Sushi Restaurant Hosts Grand Opening Celebration This Weekend
