Offering small-batch, artisan cheeses, plant-based meats, charcuterie boards, and more, the Cincinnati vegan cheese shop is set to host its grand opening this week. See you there!

New Vegan Cheese Shop Opens in Cincinnati, Ohio
Owned by passionate vegan and skilled cheesemaker Heather Donaldson, Mad Cheese is known for its impressive lineup of handcrafted vegan cheeses, both fresh and aged alike. Donaldson’s dairy-free cheese recipes utilize nut and legume bases along with certified vegan cultures for that iconic cheesy tang. Mad Cheese varieties range from ricotta, feta, brie, and parmesan to pimento, cheddar, and beyond. The brand also keeps things fresh with an ever-changing cheese-of-the-week variety. All Mad Cheese recipes utilize organic and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Mad Cheese to Feature In-Store Pick-Up and Nationwide Shipping
Adding to the company’s ongoing nationwide shipping capabilities, Mad Cheese’s new storefront will allow for in-person shopping and eventually add nearby delivery for Cincinnati, Ohio locals. Imagine picking up an IG-worthy vegan charcuterie board loaded with handcrafted deli fare en route to your next get-together—that’s one way to become the guest of honor. The coveted plant-based cheeses and vegan meats can also be sourced at select grocery stores in the surrounding area.

Mad Cheese hosted its soft opening on Saturday, October 21, with its grand opening scheduled for this week. The new storefront is located at 5903 Bramble Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45227.
