Popular Vegan-Friendly Burger Joint
UNCOOL is a venture of Blurred Limes Hospitality, the parent company to Tu Madre, Bardonna, and the now-closed Counterpart Vegan. The popular vegan-friendly burger joint opened in Larchmont in 2020, operated for a little less than a year, and temporarily closed. After teasing its reopening for quite some time, UNCOOL finally announced more details this week, including the opening date, specific location, menu features, and more.

UNCOOL’s New Spot in West Hollywood
If there are two things UNCOOL does extremely well, it’s slinging burgers and staying trendy. Just like its Larchmont location, UNCOOL’s new spot in West Hollywood is Instagrammable to boot. With a modern black and white interior, edgy graphics, bright tube lights, and a seriously legit bar, UNCOOL is soon to be your go-to place for GNOs, date nights, work lunches, and all the in-betweens.

Vegan Smash Burgers
UNCOOL’s menu, crafted by Executive Chef Jonathan Katz, features several vegan smash burgers and sides that are worth a visit. The VEGAN UNCOOL is made with a house-seasoned Impossible smash burger patty, vegan American cheese, pickles, onion jam, and house sauce. The Party in My Plants burger is decked out in truffle island sauce and other fixins, and the Vegan HotBurger doused in spicy sauce, grilled chilis, and pickled jalapeños. The other vegan options include vegan chicken tenders, sweet potato wedges (which we hear are fire), fried pickles, fries, and tater tots.

Full Alcoholic Beverage Menu
The biggest change from the original UNCOOL in Larchmont to its new rendition in West Hollywood is the addition of a bar with a full alcoholic beverage menu curated by Joshua Suchan of Ice and Alchemy. From wine, beer, and seltzers to craft cocktails and alcoholic snow cones, there are so many boozy beverages to choose from! The vegan alcoholic drinks include all of the beer aside from the miso honey, all of the cocktails aside from the espresso martini, and the Verdicchio wine.

UNCOOL Officially Reopens on Monday
UNCOOL officially reopens on Monday, February 21 at 7881 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046. The current operating hours are 11am to 2am daily. On Saturday, February 26, UNCOOL is celebrating its new location with a $5 UN-happy meal featuring a cocktail, vegan burger, and fries to all guests 21 and over who follow @we.are.uncool on Instagram.
