This Beef Jerky Company Made the Switch to 100% Vegan After 50 Years in the Meat Industry

NOBLE Jerky isn’t your ordinary plant-based jerky company. In fact, for generations, they weren’t even plant-based. When co-founder Stefan Urbani and the NOBLE team realized that sustainable agriculture was not feasible when raising animals for food production, they restructured their business to become 100% plant-based.

Since shifting to a fully vegan model, NOBLE Jerky has seen its revenue soar by 70%. NOBLE Jerky flavors include Sweet BBQ, Teriyaki, Hickory, Original, and Chipotle. They are available for purchase through select online retailers, including the NOBLE Jerky website.

All NOBLE Jerky is non-GMO and provides up to 14g of plant protein per serving. Compared to regular beef jerky, the brand notes that their plant-powered counterpart uses a fraction of the resources needed for production, all while generating fewer carbon emissions.

The NOBLE team is enthusiastic about their change to an entirely plant-based model. They believe that providing individuals with healthy vegan options will help show that plant-based diets are not difficult.
