Several mainstream restaurant chains offer plant-based options like vegan burgers, chicken nuggets, and tacos, but what about poke? This Wednesday, Sweetfin introduces its first-ever vegan bento box with actress Liza Koshy and Postmates.
Liza Koshy’s Plant-Based Sweetbox
The new bento box, dubbed Liza Koshy’s Plant-Based Sweetbox includes four flavorful dishes—Signature Ponzu Lime Sweet Potato Poke over Bamboo Rice, Shiitake Chili Tofu over Forbidden Rice, Chili Garlic Forbidden Rice Noodles, and Homemade Taro Chips dusted in wasabi furikake. Everything in the custom box is vegan, gluten-free, and oh-so-fresh!
Sweetfin Launches a New Vegan Menu Item
What’s the occasion? This Wednesday, October 13, the third and final season of Liza Koshy’s scripted comedy series “Liza on Demand” airs on YouTube. So it’s only natural that Koshy teams up with one of her favorite restaurants, Sweetfin, to launch a new vegan menu item, right? Right! While Koshy isn’t 100% vegan, she is known for eating a plant-forward diet and partnering with other brands that serve herbivores, like Beyond Meat.
