Slutty Vegan is expanding (again)! This weekend, the vegan burger joint will open a new location in Birmingham, Alabama.
Slutty Vegan Expands Outside Home State of Georgia
Slutty Vegan has taken over the South over the past few years. What started as a pop-up vegan burger joint has evolved into five successful locations in Georgia. And, the Slutty Vegan food truck (aka The Big Ol’ Slut) makes the rounds to popular cities every month.
The sixth location, opening in Birmingham this Sunday, will be the brand’s first shop outside its home state of Georgia. This opening is the result of a massive customer base in Alabama requesting that the brand open a restaurant there.
The Slutty Vegan team visited Birmingham with The Big Ol’ Slut in 2020. Because they knew that this was a town they could eventually call home. While Slutty Vegan has always been known for its hours-long lines, the number of people who showed up in Birmingham provided one of their biggest crowds ever. Seriously, check out this line!
The new Slutty Vegan location is located in the Woodlawn neighborhood at 5 55th Pl S, Birmingham, AL 35212. To celebrate the new opening, there will be a block party from 12-6pm on Sunday, August 21.

Slutty Vegan Has the Best Vegan Burgers in the South
The new Slutty Vegan location in Birmingham will feature the same classic menu as the other locations. Customer favorites include the One Night Stand—a burger with bacon, cheese, caramelized onions, and Slut Sauce. Another favorite is the Super Slut—a burger loaded with guacamole, jalapenos, and cheese. The full menu will be available for takeout and delivery.
