With years of owning and operating vibrant, plant-based burger chain Slutty Vegan under her vegan belt, you can expect nothing short of amazing recipes from this philanthropic restaurateur.

Atlanta’s Slutty Vegan

Pinky Cole is a Jamaican-American female entrepreneur. She first went vegetarian in 2007 and later went vegan in 2014. Staying true to her own cravings for indulgent, vegan food, Cole set out to share her favorites by opening Slutty Vegan. What started as a food truck shortly became a popular brick-and-mortar packed with happy, repeat customers. Now, the Black female entrepreneur is the owner and CEO of several Slutty Vegan locations in Atlanta, Georgia. The plant-based burger joint is known for bangin’ vegan food with eye-catching names. Menu offerings include the One Night Stand, a plant-based patty loaded with vegan bacon, vegan cheese, and Slut Sauce, along with the Side Heaux, New Orleans-style crispy vegan shrimp tossed in Buffalo sauce and served with fries. Slutty Vegan locations include Edgewood, Jonesboro, Ralph David, and Gwinnett.

Looking to add some plant-based food to your home kitchen? Pinky Cole’s first book, Eat Plants, B*tch, is available for pre-order on Amazon and will be available for purchase at bookstores nationwide on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
