Slutty Vegan’s Pinky Cole Expands Her Impact
Pinky Cole is making huge strides in the food industry. Cole has several projects in the works, including an upcoming cookbook, a foundation, and a shoe deal! Though she is most known for her Atlanta-based vegan burger joint Slutty Vegan. In July 2018, Cole aimed to provide more vegan options to Atlanta’s West End, where little to zero options were available. She began her journey, then, by opening her first food truck, which she quickly outgrew. By October 2018, she opened the doors to her first brick-and-mortar. The vegan spot is home to her famous bold-flavored burgers and has become an Atlanta staple.
Her newest venture is becoming DoorDash’s new Chief Restaurant Advisor. She will be part of the strategic decision-making process and will provide essential feedback on new products and services. “Before beginning Slutty Vegan, I worked as a Dasher in Los Angeles. So serving as Chief Restaurant Advisor is a full-circle moment for me,” Cole shared.
