Peet’s Coffee just launched an all-vegan breakfast sandwich with Beyond Meat and JUST Egg—and it’s available nationwide starting TODAY!

The Everything Plant-Based Sandwich is part of Peet’s Coffee’s 2021 spring menu. The handheld features a Beyond Breakfast Sausage patty, folded JUST Egg, and a slice of melted vegan cheddar on an everything bagel. It’s packed with 21g of protein and is 100% vegan! Yep, no modifications are needed.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Beyond Meat and JUST Egg to bring Peetniks a delicious breakfast sandwich made with all plant-based ingredients,” said Lori Fulmer, senior food R&D manager of Peet’s. “As consumers continue to demand more plant-based options, we have expanded beyond alternative dairy, setting our sights on a plant-based breakfast sandwich that is not only better for the planet, but also every bite as delicious as your typical animal-based breakfast sandwich.”

Peet’s Coffee also dropped a few new vegan-friendly beverages on their spring menu that would pair perfectly with the new breakfast sando. Their Horchata Cold Brew Oat Latte is vegan as-is and the Golden Spice Cold Brew Oat Latte can be made vegan if you omit honey.

All of these new spring menu items are now available across participating Peet’s coffee bars. For more information, visit Peets.com.
