Tune in every week for a new episode of The Plant-Based Way with Monét.

If you like vegan chicken nuggets and shows about drag queens, this one’s for you! The vegan meat brand Alpha Foods just launched a YouTube series hosted by drag icon Monét X Change. With special guests like Charity Morgan, Nicole Byer, and Alaska Thunderfuck, get ready to be entertained, educated, and inspired—all at once!

The Plant-Based Way with Monét

The Plant-Based Way with Monét is a 23-episode series that debuted on Alpha Foods’ YouTube channel this week. From vegan veterans and veg-curious individuals to meat-eating skeptics, this show is designed to open the conversation of plant-based living to everyone.

In each episode, which is released weekly, Monét X Change talks to a new celebrity guest about their diet and lifestyle. In the first episode, Monét spoke with vegan chef Charity Morgan about The Game Changers, her new vegan cookbook, and Alpha Foods’ plant-based chicken products. Other guests set to appear on The Plant-Based Way with Monét include Nicole Byer, Alaska Thunderfuck, and Isis King.

“We are so excited about this collaboration with Monét. We couldn’t have found a better ambassador for the kinds of conversations we want to start about plant-based eating. Alpha is committed to making plant-based food accessible to all, with no judgment—whatever their meal mood and wherever they are on their plant-based food journey,” shared Alpha Foods’ Chief Marketing Officer, Kierstin De West.

Monét X Change

Monét X Change is a flexitarian drag performer, comedian, musician, and TV personality who first gained popularity in season 10 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Monét started her plant-based journey. She found Alpha Foods and liked their judgment-free approach to the lifestyle—as well as their products, of course!

“This series isn’t about meat bashing. It’s about inviting everyone to the conversation, no matter where they are on their plant-based journey. I hope The Plant-Based Way with Monet helps open minds to the fact [that] plant-based eating can be fun, easy, and above all, absolutely delicious,” said Monét.
