Adam Kelton

Adam Kelton is a writer and culinary professional with deep experience in luxury food and beverage. He began his career in fine-dining restaurants and boutique hotels, training under seasoned chefs and learning classical European technique, menu development, and service precision. He later managed small kitchen teams, coordinated wine programs, and designed seasonal tasting menus that balanced creativity with consistency.

After more than a decade in hospitality, Adam transitioned into private-chef work and food consulting. His clients have included executives, wellness retreats, and lifestyle brands looking to develop flavor-forward, plant-focused menus. He has also advised on recipe testing, product launches, and brand storytelling for food and beverage startups.

At VegOut, Adam brings this experience to his writing on personal development, entrepreneurship, relationships, and food culture. He connects lessons from the kitchen with principles of growth, discipline, and self-mastery.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys strength training, exploring food scenes around the world, and reading nonfiction about psychology, leadership, and creativity. He believes that excellence in cooking and in life comes from attention to detail, curiosity, and consistent practice.

Jeanette Brown

Writer

Jeanette Brown is a coach, writer, and course creator helping people reinvent their lives—especially during major transitions like retirement. Based in Australia, she brings a warm, science-backed approach to self-growth, blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and journal-based coaching.

After a long career in education leadership, Jeanette experienced firsthand the burnout and anxiety that come with living on autopilot. Her healing began not with big changes, but small daily rituals—like journaling by hand, morning sunlight, and mindful movement. Today, she helps others find calm, clarity, and renewed purpose through her writing, YouTube channel, and courses like Your Retirement, Your Way: Thriving, Dreaming and Reinventing Life in Your 60s and Beyond.

A passionate journaler who finds clarity through movement and connection to nature, Jeanette walks daily, bike rides often, and believes the best thinking often happens under an open sky. Jeanette believes our daily habits—what we consume, how we reflect, how we move—shape not just how we feel, but who we become.

When she’s not writing or recording videos, you’ll find her riding coastal trails, dancing in her living room, or curled up with a book and a pot of herbal tea.

Rudá Iandê

Rudá Iandê is a Brazilian shaman and contemporary spiritual teacher whose work blends ancestral earth wisdom with modern psychological insight. He is the co-creator of The Vessel, a platform for transformational learning and self-inquiry, where his digital journeys—including Out of the Box and Ybytu—guide participants through deep emotional integration, intuitive embodiment, and radical self-honesty.

Rather than offering spiritual bypasses or surface-level hacks, Rudá’s work invites people to confront the raw, often uncomfortable truth of their inner lives—and to find power in that process. His approach is grounded in the belief that personal freedom doesn’t come from transcendence, but from returning fully to oneself.

In 2025, following the acquisition of VegOut Mag by Brown Brothers Media—partner of The Vessel—Rudá began contributing his voice to the publication, expanding its exploration of conscious living to include the psychological and spiritual dimensions of personal growth. “Rudá helps people develop authentic self-knowledge,” says his long-time collaborator and co-creator Justin Brown. His writings offer a grounded, mystical lens on well-being—one rooted not in escape, but in deeper presence.
