This pop-up takes to the streets of LA with flavorful vegan Middle Eastern food! At any given event, B’ivrit serves Shawarma Pitas, Falafel Baskets, Tabuli Salad, Hummus, and a fan-favorite Knafe dessert. Invented by Palestinian Arabs over 1,000 years ago, knafe features shredded phyllo dough spun with cheese, soaked in simple syrup, and topped with pistachios. Now can you see why this is so rare to find vegan?
The menu at BeeWali’s Vegan AF features a variety of cuisines. Among the lineup? Vegan Middle Eastern-inspired kabob, shawarma, falafel, and more. Please note: NOMÏÏS is currently closed due to a family emergency. Check their Instagram page for updates.
