Award-winning plant-based, zero-waste restaurant, The Plot, is set to dazzle taste buds with its inaugural tasting menu dinner series, Plantscape. Nestled in Orange County at The CAMP, The Plot sprouted its first Orange County location in late January, and now, it’s ready to host the first dinner of their tasting series on Thursday, March 28, starting at 4pm with open seatings available until 6:30pm.

Upscale Plant-Based Dining Experience in Orange County

From the minds of The Plot’s culinary leaders—executive chef Davin Waite, head chef Travis Roe, and master fermentor and baker Chef Bryan Balzer—Plantscape promises an upscale, six-course dining experience to remember. The menu will spotlight locally sourced and regeneratively grown ingredients, many of which are harvested straight from The Plot’s own backyard garden at their flagship Oceanside location. Utilizing innovative techniques like total utilization and dry-aging, the culinary team will craft produce-centric dishes designed to tantalize taste buds and challenge preconceptions about plant-based dining.

Sustainable Pairings and Warm Welcomes

Guests will have the opportunity to pair their meals with a selection of natural wines and cocktails, carefully curated to complement the chefs’ creations. As a special welcome, attendees will be treated to a signature house cocktail that embodies The Plot’s sourcing philosophies.
