Maiden, a new 8-course tasting concept, comes from the visionaries behind Spiral Diner & Bakery.

Get ready to set sail on a maiden voyage of flavor and compassion as Maiden: Fine Plants & Spirits announces its official opening on June 1. Located at 1216 6th Ave in Fort Worth, this groundbreaking restaurant is North Texas’ first exclusively vegan, tasting menu-only dining experience.

An 8-Course Plant-Based Tasting Experience in North Texas

Maiden is the brainchild of Amy McNutt and James Johnston, the visionary founders behind Spiral Diner & Bakery. With their extensive experience in the vegan culinary scene, Amy and James have created an extraordinary concept that pushes the boundaries of conscious cuisine. Maiden offers a meticulously crafted, seasonally inspired 8-course tasting menu priced at $150 per person. Each dish is a work of art, showcasing the boundless possibilities of vegan ingredients!

Slip into their 2,100-square-foot space featuring a moody interior with dark wood paneling and plush blue velvet booths, an intimate atmosphere that invites you to savor every moment! As you indulge in each course, you’ll be taken on a journey through the seasons.

Complete Your Meal with Three Drink Pairing Options

To complement the exquisite cuisine, Maiden offers three drink pairing options. Sip on a curated wine pairing (featuring selections from around the world), a dynamic mixed-drink pairing (including sake, cocktails, beer, and zero-proof options), or a refreshing zero-proof drink pairing. And for those seeking a more relaxed experience, the bar and outdoor lounge are available for first come, first served seating, where you can enjoy a delectable vegan cheese board alongside your drink of choice.
