After years of perfecting their formula and packaging, Pecana launches in retailers across California, Texas, and New Mexico. Shoppers can now find Pecana at popular stores like H-E-B, Erewhon, and Gelson’s Market. Founded by third-generation pecan farmer Kortney Chase, Pecana stands out in the alternative milk market with its unique use of 100% American pecans. The brand offers three shelf-stable flavors: Unsweetened, Unsweetened Vanilla, and the newly launched Praline.

From Farm to Bottle
Pecana is the result of Chase’s decade-long vision and passion for pecans, nurtured by her family’s business, Chase Pecan. While she initially aimed for a refrigerated product in 2020, Chase reformulated Pecana in 2023 for shelf stability. Partnering with STAV Creative, she designed packaging that caters to retail needs. To manage their growth, Pecana appointed The Touch Agency as their national sales agency.
Chase said, “Our team has worked tirelessly over the past few years to develop a shelf-stable product that appeals to grocers while also showcasing our farm-to-bottle ethos. It’s truly a dream come true to see Pecana available in grocery stores I grew up visiting, like United Supermarkets and Albertsons, and expanding within iconic brands like H-E-B and Erewhon.”

Pecana can be found in Southern grocer chains H-E-B, United Supermarkets, and Market Street locations throughout Texas; Erewhon and Gelson’s Market locations across California; and select Albertsons locations in New Mexico.
