These two companies are giving World Egg Day a plant-based twist.

MingsBings is launching four new plant-based breakfast pockets in collaboration with JUST Egg.

New Frozen Vegan Breakfast Pockets

MingsBings, who makes fusion Chinese American flatbreads, has teamed up with JUST Egg to debut a new plant-based product. As a result, MingsBings is launching breakfast items for the first time in honor of World Egg Day.

Four new flavors of MingsBings launch today. Each flavor offers a combination of JUST Egg and other vegan ingredients to create a quick and easy plant-based breakfast. A recent survey found that more Americans than ever are eating breakfast on the go. That makes this an excellent option for those customers looking for a plant-based option.

The four flavors are Egg & Cheese; Sausage, Egg & Cheese; Chorizo, Egg & Cheese; and Veggie, Egg & Cheese. All flavors contain potatoes and are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free. The vegan breakfast pockets are available at MingsBings.com starting today and will be rolling out to retailers next month. The first retailers to carry the product will be Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Roche Bros, and Dave’s Fresh Marketplace.

Frozen Vegan Bings in National Retailers

MingsBings are a modern take on traditional Chinese flatbreads. Celebrity restaurateur, Iron Chef, and Emmy award-winner Ming Tsai founded the company in 2020. Since then, Tsai has blended the traditional Chinese bing with American flavors. The original line includes options like Cheeseburger, Sausage & Peppers, and Buffalo Cauliflower. The entire line is 100% plant-based.

MingsBings can be found in the frozen section of more than 4,000 retailers nationwide, including Target, Whole Foods, and Sprouts. Additionally, look for the brand at concession stands across the country. It’s currently available at Fenway Park, TD Garden, Tropicana Field, and Hard Rock Stadium. And, it will be launching at Barclays Center soon.
