Indianapolis’ beloved pasta spot gets a Mediterranean makeover with a fresh new name, elevated flavors, and an expanded market.
A beloved Indianapolis staple is stepping into a fresh chapter. This past January, Nicole-Taylor’s officially reopened as Corridor, a reimagined dining and market experience that expands beyond its Italian roots to embrace Mediterranean flavors.

A Fresh Take on a Local Favorite
After a complete renovation, Corridor welcomed guests with a modernized dining space, an upgraded kitchen, and an expanded market—all while maintaining the heart and soul of Nicole-Taylor’s. Chefs Erin Kem and Logan McMahan lead this evolution, infusing their passion for Mediterranean cuisine into every dish. While Italian flavors remain at the core, you can expect influences from across the Mediterranean, creating a more diverse and elevated experience.
Corridor’s lunch menu will continue to highlight seasonal dishes, house-made pasta, fresh salads, and signature sandwiches. The beloved Chef’s Table Dinners will live on, offering intimate, multi-course meals around the restaurant’s iconic butcher block table. Plus, weekend events and special dinners will add even more excitement to the restaurant.

A Market Filled with New and Old Favorites
Fans of Nicole-Taylor’s market will still find their favorite Italian staples, alongside a thoughtfully curated selection of Mediterranean-inspired goods. And Nicole-Taylor’s Pasta, Indy’s go-to for fresh, handcrafted pasta, remains a key part of Corridor’s identity. Shoppers can still grab their favorite pasta at the market, local farmers’ markets, and select retailers, keeping the legacy alive in kitchens across the city.
