Can’t Believe It’s Not Meat—a vegan-friendly comfort food hot spot in Chicago—just teased its newest location. The Black-owned and female-run company has its eyes on Orland Park for its next brick-and-mortar. Run by Chicago native Chef Fab, the restaurant has made Beyonce’s list of Black businesses to support.

Chef Fab’s menu is based on hearty, satisfying dishes reinvented with a vegetarian twist. Virtually every item can be easily veganized by substituting vegan cheese at no charge. Belly-warming items include the Bucktown Bratwurst, Gumbo, Chik’n Sandwich, “Hold Up! Wait a Min!” Cheesesteak, and more. The menu also includes smoothies and decadent vegan shakes.
