While Hamachi Sushi Bar is not fully vegan, you won’t find any dairy products or shellfish on the premises. The Certified Kosher eatery is open for dine-in, take-out, and delivery services. Vegan-friendly rolls include the Sweet Avo (with sweet potato tempura and avocado) and the Crisscross (containing shiitake, spinach, avocado, sweet potato flakes, and sweet soy).

We’ve got our sights set on the First Love, a nori-wrapped roll filled with sticky rice, deep-fried asparagus, and burdock root served with ponzu sauce. Other vegan sushi options include the Vegetable and Green Giant rolls.
