Things To Do

Catch the event at Fort Lauderdale’s Vegan Health and Fitness Expo.

Flex those muscles! Clean Machine and SoFlo Vegans are excited to present the Vegan Health and Fitness Expo (VHFE) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 15. With a focus on fitness, diet, and nutrition, the expo will showcase how the plant-based health and fitness market has expanded to embrace almost every segment of the population.

Vegan Health and Fitness Expo: Celebration of a Healthy, Fit Vegan Lifestyle

The Vegan Health and Fitness Expo is a unique opportunity for you to try new vegan food options and learn ways to take your fitness journey to the next level! The event will be a first-of-its-kind immersion into a healthy vegan lifestyle, featuring vendors showcasing vegan supplements, clothing, activities, speakers, and delicious vegan food samples. The Vegan Health and Fitness Expo is the world’s first and only 100% vegan, natural bodybuilding competition.

With over 100 competitors and 40+ vendors from food to clothing, you will have the chance to meet plant-based doctors, celebrities, champion vegan athletes, and health and fitness experts.
Get your heart pumping with on-site Zumba and yoga classes or listen to speakers such as Dr. Milton Mills, Chef Babette Davis, Robert Cheeke, and Dr. Shabnam Islam, as well as other respected vegan professionals.

The best part: Proceeds from the event will go toward feeding hungry children a vegan meal through the nonprofit Food For Life Global (FFLG)! FFLG, the largest food relief organization worldwide, has 213 affiliates in 60 countries, providing up to 2 million plant-based meals every day.

The World’s Only All-Vegan Natural Bodybuilding Competition

The Vegan Health and Fitness Expo will host the world’s only all-vegan natural bodybuilding competition, where contestants build muscle without harming animals. The competition aims to break the misconception that you are unable to build muscle if you go vegan. Fun fact: All protein comes from plants!

The event will be attended by 2,500 visitors on-site and can be streamed online, giving people across the country an opportunity to join in and celebrate a healthy, fit vegan lifestyle that benefits humans, animals, and the environment!
