Smorgasburg Miami, Miami‘s largest outdoor food market, is hosting its second annual Plant-Based Weekend in partnership with Sean Russell, the founder of Soflo Vegans, on April 29 and 30 from 12-7pm at 2600 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL, 33127. The event will showcase 12+ guest vendors, who will serve an array of delicious vegan dishes cooked by some of the best chefs in that category.

Tarot Readings, Bread-Making Class, and a Plant Whisperer Demonstration

The Plant-Based Weekend celebration will also feature a sourdough bread-making class, tarot card readings, crystal reiki healing, essential oils, and a plant whisperer demonstration. Live music by local artists and a handpan drum ceremony will also accompany the festivities.

Prepare your taste buds for a variety of vendors that will showcase special dishes only available during this Plant-Based Weekend celebration. For Mediterranean-Japnese fusion, look no further than Thyme Machine’s Za’atar Sushi Rolls. Or mosey down South with Chicken Pollo’s vegan Sweet Plantain Hush Pup and refreshing Sugar Cane Juice. In the mood for something fresh, yet innovative? Test the tide with Fisheria Ensenada’s Watermelon Ceviche Tostada. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy at the Plant-Based Weekend!
