On Sunday, September 22, 2024, Veganizer proudly presents Circle V Portland, a festival that will bring the best of Portland’s vegan scene under one roof. This inaugural vegan food and drink festival, hosted at Castaway Portland, invites guests to indulge in an exclusive walk-around, all-inclusive tasting experience.
A Celebration of Portland’s Vegan Scene
Circle V Portland is not just another festival—it’s a community-driven event spotlighting the culinary prowess of the city’s beloved vegan restaurants. Twenty of the top vegan hot spots, including the iconic Mama Dut Foods and The Sudra (making a special comeback), will collaborate to create innovative mashup dishes. Working in dynamic duos, these eateries will use local, seasonal produce and vegan-friendly ingredients to tantalize your taste buds. The chef-driven festival also features over a dozen of Oregon’s finest beverage producers, ensuring every sip is as memorable as each bite.

The event will unfold in the stunning 10,000-square-foot refurbished warehouse of Castaway Portland, setting the stage for a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure. Festival highlights include:
- A vegan grazing table by Vtopian Artisan Cheeses
- Floral artistry by The Petal Dispatch
- Tunes by DJ Honest John
- Fun at the photo booth
- Exclusive festival merchandise designed by Portland artist Jade Sturms of Gasp Yikes

General admission tickets, priced at $125, grant access to all food and beverage offerings, including eight savory dishes, two desserts, and more. Guests can choose between two tasting sessions: 12pm to 2pm or 3pm to 5pm. A portion of ticket sales will support Growing Gardens and Urban Gleaners.
