This month, Target launches a new line of plant-based dressings. The release is part of the company’s Good & Gather brand, which was launched in 2019 as a way to offer quality food at an affordable price. The plant-based dressings retail at $4.99 per bottle.

Good & Gather Plant-Based Dressings and Dips

Good & Gather plant-based dressings come in Ranch, Green Goddess, Avocado Ranch, and Caesar varieties, each of which can be added to salads, sandwiches, a veggie platter, and more. We like to add the Avocado Ranch to veggie platters with carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, and grape tomatoes. The dressings also contain no artificial flavors, preservatives, or synthetic colors and are free from any of the eight major allergens.

This past May, Good & Gather also released a line of plant-based dips. The dips include three flavors—Everything Seasoned, French Onion, and Pizza. Each of the dips are made with a creamy cashew base and are great for pairing with chips, veggies, and crackers, or they can be used as a morning bagel spread.

Vegan Items from Target’s Good & Gather Brand

In addition to the newly released Good & Gather dressings and dips, vegan items from Target’s Good & Gather brand include date and nut bars that come in flavors like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Blueberry Muffin, Apple Pie, Cashew Coconut Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Hot Cocoa, and Vanilla Almond flavors, as well as meatless burger patties, oat milk, and sauces.

Good & Gather dressings are now available at Target stores nationwide. For more information on Target’s vegan product launches, visit Target.com.
