Vegan restaurant entrepreneur, Amy McNutt is bringing two brand new vegan dining concepts to the PS1200 development in Fort Worth, Texas. McNutt is the founder of Spiral Diner, a casual eatery and bakery serving up vegan comfort food. This diner has three Texas locations—Dallas, Denton, and Fort Worth—and, over the years, has been nominated for best diner, best nachos, and best overall veg options. Soon, the Spiral team will be bringing even more tasty plant-based options to the Near Southside District—meet Maiden and Dreamboat Donuts.

Plant-Based Options

Although these eateries are set to share a breezeway, Maiden and Dreamboat Donuts couldn’t be more different. Each establishment will offer unique plant-based options. At this time, the menus remain hypothetical, but delicious concepts are emerging for both restaurants. Maiden will offer an intimate fine dining experience with complicated plant-based plates that require much time and detail. On the other hand, Dreamboat Donuts will offer a more on-the-go vibe with hot coffee, grab-and-go breakfast items, and of course tasty vegan donuts. The close proximity provided by the up-and-coming PS1200 project will allow for veg-curious diners to indulge both cravings—a fancy vegan meal followed by a coffee and donut combo to enjoy while scoping out Fort Worth’s newest development.

Vegan Destination Eateries

Located in the heart of Fort Worth’s Near Southside District, The PS1200 project is set to evolve in the city’s most eclectic area filled with creativity, community, and nightlife. Spearheaded by Detroit-based real estate developers, the project will house retail spaces, residential units, office areas, and a variety of exciting restaurants including Maiden and Dreamboat Donuts.
