The national cookie brand is dropping two new vegan flavors this month.
World Vegan Day is getting a little sweeter this year! Why? Because Insomnia Cookies has released two new vegan flavors in honor of the holiday.
New Vegan Options at Insomnia Cookies
This World Vegan Day, head over to your local Insomnia Cookies store for new vegan flavors! The vegan-friendly cookie brand is releasing two limited-edition vegan cookies. The Vegan Pecan Pie and Vegan Caramel Apple Pie cookies will be available from November 1-13. Order both flavors in-store, for local delivery, or for nationwide shipping!
The Vegan Pecan Pie Cookie is a brown sugar cookie with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and toasted pecans. The Vegan Caramel Apple Pie Cookie is a classic fall favorite at Insomnia Cookies, but this year, it’s vegan! The cookie is made with salted caramel, apple, and caramel chips.
In addition to the two new vegan cookies, the brand is also releasing a limited-edition vegan ice cream! The Vegan B’Day Ice Cream Cake Ice Cream has an oat milk base and is packed with birthday cookie pieces, white icing swirls, and rainbow sprinkles. The vegan ice cream is available beginning today while supplies last at select locations.

Insomnia Cookies started out in a dorm room at the University of Pennsylvania almost 20 years ago. Today, Insomnia Cookies still operates with the same mission: delivering warm cookies straight to your door until 3am!
Insomnia Cookies now has more than 225 stores nationwide, and most of them still offer late-night delivery. For those who live outside the delivery range, Insomnia Cookies also offers nationwide shipping.
