Romeo’s Vegan Burgers Is Opening Its Very First Brick-and-Mortar
Last November, Romeo’s Vegan Burgers debuted as a vegan food truck in Charlotte, North Carolina. After just two months, the truck outgrew the parking lot it was operating out of, making it clear that expansion was in the cards for this business. Now, just about a year after its first inception, Romeo’s Vegan Burgers is opening its very first brick-and-mortar location.
One of the First Vegan Drive-Thrus to Open in the Southeast United States
Last week, the Romeo’s Vegan Burgers team took to Instagram to make the announcement. They shared that they will be one of the first vegan drive-thrus to open in the Southeast United States, which is quite an amazing accomplishment!
“Not only will you be able to sit down and enjoy some of the delicious vegan items we have on our menu, you’ll also be able to swing through our drive through and grab a bite to eat if you’re in a hurry,” the Instagram post read.
The official opening date has yet to be announced but the Romeo’s Vegan Burgers crew did share that construction is almost complete and they hope to open in December, depending on the number of employees they’re able to hire within the next month.
The Menu at Romeo’s Vegan Burgers
The menu at Romeo’s Vegan Burgers will showcase all of the food that made the truck famous, as well as a few new items. The Where Art Thou Romeo Burger is the upbeat name of a classic vegan burger with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, cheese, and house pickles. There’s also the Where Art Thou Romeo Double, Romeo Mac Burger, Kale Salad, Chili Cheese Fries, and Strawberry Milkshake. In addition to these popular bites, Romeo’s Vegan Burgers will debut two new burgers that have yet to be announced.
