Black-Owned Vegan Food Truck Outgrows Parking Lot in Less Than a Month
While many businesses have struggled to adapt to changing times and restrictions, Romeo’s Vegan Burgers, a food truck based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is facing a different problem. Even though they’ve only been open for two months, Romeo’s has amassed such a dedicated following that they’re having trouble finding a place to park their truck that has enough space for their customers!
The food truck received such a show of support in their first few days of business that they were asked to move locations due to the sheer amount of people that showed up to try the vegan burgers, fries, and shakes. They’ve accumulated over twenty-three thousand followers on Instagram since they’ve opened, and it couldn’t be more apparent that the citizens of Charlotte are thrilled to have a new and local vegan spot to support in the community.
They’re still trying to nail down a more permanent location (one that can keep up with the demands of thousands of hungry customers!) but for now, you can find them at 1501 Central Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205.
