Veg Head Features an Inclusive Menu Loaded with Plant-Based Comfort Food
Veg Head is owned and operated by trained chef Kari Magee. The former Michigan State University executive chef is fusing her passion for cooking with veganism through the launch of this Lansing vegan restaurant. With the help of developer Shawn Elliot, this plant-based dream is now a reality. To accompany the exposed brick walls and local artwork, Veg Head features an inclusive menu loaded with plant-based comfort food. Who can say no to vegan-friendly comfort classics? Menu offerings are inspired by Chef Magee’s culinary background coupled with her own journey to plant-based eating. From Jalapeno Popper Mac and Sweet Potato Burgers to Sesame “Salmon” and Cauliflower Tacos, Veg Head has something for everyone. We recommend rounding up a crew and ordering a little of everything.
While Veg Head has a few soft openings under its belt, a set schedule with operational hours is still in the works.
