The home of the Golden State Warriors just got a lot more vegan-friendly!

There’s a new vegan-friendly restaurant at Chase Center in San Francisco! The Green House opened at the sports center on March 8, 2022.

Vegan Options at NBA Games

While Chase Center has historically been a very vegan-friendly arena, The Green House is one of the first vegetarian restaurants in the NBA. Golden State Warriors fans looking for vegan options now have several to choose from at the new restaurant. The Green House offers a menu of burgers, sandwiches, tacos, and salads.

The Warriors have partnered with Future Farm—an up-and-coming plant-based meat company—which has become the official plant-based meat of Chase Center. Customers can try Future Farm products at The Green House in the form of the Future Farm Smash Burger and the Future Farm Meatball Sub. Other menu highlights include spicy potato tacos and a banh mi made with portobello mushrooms. Salad options will rotate seasonally.

The Green House is located at Portal 56 on the arena’s upper concourse and is open as of March 8, 2022. Everything in the restaurant is vegan except for the cotija cheese that is served on the tacos. To enjoy the tacos vegan, simply order them without the cheese.

Other Vegan Options at Chase Center

While The Green House is the only vegetarian restaurant in the stadium, there are several other vegan options for Warriors fans, such as a brownie batter milkshake, a sweet crispy tofu wok, plant-based sausage, and vegan lumpia.

Chase Center is surrounded by Thrive City, an open-air shopping center filled with restaurants and retail spaces. Vegan options at Thrive City include several veggie dishes at Dumpling Time and Impossible Burgers, Impossible Chicken Nuggets, and a variety of dishes that can be modified to fit a vegan diet at Gott’s Roadside restaurant.

Other walkable vegan options from Chase Center include vegan pot pies from Peasant Pies and vegan South East Asian food from Rasa Rasa at the nearby Parklab Gardens food truck space.
