The restaurant is the brainchild of Chadwick Aufderhar, a seasoned veteran of the restaurant industry with a lifetime of experimentation in the world of vegan food. From his roots in Washington State to his long-standing role as the kitchen manager at Allie’s Vegan Pizzeria & Cafe in Spokane, Washington, Chadwick’s passion for serving good food has paved the way for Bed Head’s delicious culinary offerings.

Aufderhar’s journey to Bethlehem began when he and his partner relocated to the Northside for her graduate studies. Inspired by the city’s vibrant culinary scene and a desire to share his love for vegan cuisine, he took the plunge and set up shop.
