The popular plant-based taco shop is set to join Miracle Mile Shops' new food collective, bringing vegan delights to the Las Vegas Strip this winter.
This winter, Miracle Mile Shops, next to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will debut Miracle Eats, a food collective featuring beloved brands and diverse cuisines. Among the first six restaurants announced are Tacotarian, Fat Sal’s, and Carnegie Pizza, marking their exciting first appearances on the Las Vegas Strip.
Tacotarian: Plant-Based Mexican Eatery
Tacotarian, a beloved plant-based taco shop from Las Vegas, will be a highlight at Miracle Eats. Known for its bold flavors and creative dishes, Tacotarian has become a hot spot for vegan tourists and celebrities. The new location will be the Strip’s second fully plant-based restaurant. Guests can indulge in favorites like the crunchwrap, Takis elote, and the GIANT taco, alongside signature margaritas and Mexican beer. Tacotarian’s arrival promises a delightful plant-based dining experience.
