Pepsi Dig In brings six renowned restaurants, including Slutty Vegan, to Las Vegas for a limited-time residency at MGM Resorts, offering exclusive dishes.
Starting September 21, Pepsi Dig In is bringing six new dishes and four custom-crafted cocktails to the Las Vegas Strip through its Restaurant Royalty Residency at MGM Resorts International. Guests visiting Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and Luxor Hotel & Casino can indulge in exclusive, limited-edition menu items from restaurants across the country, including the cult-favorite Slutty Vegan.
Slutty Vegan Makes Its Las Vegas Debut
Pinky Cole Hayes, renowned entrepreneur and founder of Slutty Vegan, is bringing her fan-favorite plant-based burger, the Fussy Hussy, to Las Vegas for the first time. This loaded vegan burger features a patty stacked with pickles, vegan cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce, all on a vegan Hawaiian bun.
Cole Hayes said, “Las Vegas is a culinary destination where people go to taste the best of the best. It’s an honor to be joining Pepsi Dig In alongside an incredible lineup of talented restaurateurs, and be bringing Slutty Vegan’s iconic burger to Las Vegas for the first time exclusively to MGM Resorts. The real winners here are the foodies who have so many delicious reasons to keep coming back!”
Pepsi’s Commitment to Underserved Restaurants

Through our partnership with MGM Resorts, the Restaurant Royalty Residency gives diners from around the world the opportunity to experience new, delicious flavors made even better with Pepsi.
