Rochester, New York Gets a New Vegan Bakery
The popular allergy-friendly, vegan bakery Hollycake House opened the doors to its first brick-and-mortar on November 1.
Hollycake House was born at the beginning of 2020 as a delivery service offering custom vegan cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. After a successful couple of years, owners Holly, Brian, and Gabriel Bianchi have opened the doors to their first Hollycake House brick-and-mortar location in East Rochester, New York.

Seasonal offerings include Pumpkin Scones, Blueberry Scones, and Apple Pie Cupcakes.
For breakfast, the cafe is currently offering Avocado Toast, Layered Overnight Oats, Fruit & Yogurt Parfait, and a variety of bagels served with vegan cream cheese, peanut butter, or butter.
