Ravi DeRossi is expanding the vegan scene in NYC with the opening of two more plant-based eateries!

This spring, in addition to plant-based soul food restaurant Cadence, restaurateur Ravi DeRossi’s Overthrow Hospitality group will open two more vegan spots—vegan Mexican concept Etérea as well as Soda Club, a vegan pasta bar.

Etérea’s menu was developed by executive chef Xila Caudillo and will feature Mexican classics such as corn rib elote, tamales, cauliflower rancheros, and cocktails crafted with tequila and mezcal.

Soda Club will offer a menu created by chef Amira Gharib, which will feature dishes such as rigatoni arrabbiata, gnocchi with carrot top pesto, thyme, chives, and extra virgin olive oil, and desserts like vegan panna cotta. Each dish can be accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.

Cadence, Etérea, and Soda Club are located in the East Village of NYC. For the latest updates on the restaurants, check out their Instagram pages: @cadence.newyork, @etereany, and @sodaclubnyc.
