Topped with thinly sliced onions and crisp Grillo’s Pickles—famous for their fresh taste and all-natural ingredients—this sandwich is piled high on a warm, toasted bun.

To celebrate this launch, Plant Power is hosting a special pop-up event at their Hollywood location on June 28, a week before the sandwich hits all locations. The event, from 6 to 10pm, is in collaboration with Vegan Playground. Guests will get an exclusive first taste of The Ribby along with other incredible vegan offerings from various food vendors.
