Kate Farms, Follow Your Heart, and ChowNow are teaming up with Plant-Based Party for a 2.0 edition of the give-back initiative to benefit Support + Feed.

Here’s how to participate: From Friday, April 16th until Sunday, April 18th, buy a 100% plant-based meal (or cook one at home) and post it on social media using the hashtag #PlantBasedParty. For every mention of #PlantBasedParty on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook, Kate Farms (plant-based nutrition brand), Follow Your Heart (vegan food company), and ChowNow (meal delivery platform) will donate up to $40,000 to Support + Feed.

Support + Feed is a program that was founded by Maggie Baird a little over one year ago. The organization offers the community a simple way to financially support locally owned vegan restaurants while simultaneously donating plant-based meals to people in need—including those at women’s shelters and senior centers, as well as those experiencing homelessness.

“We are so excited to celebrate another #plantbasedparty with everyone! This is a chance for us to show the world what huge demand and support there is for plant-based foods” Baird, Support + Feed’s founder, said. “We are so grateful to our sponsors who make it possible and allow Support + Feed to provide so many plant-based meals for people in need!”
