In a celebration of love for both plants and the planet, Omakaseed debuted as a revolutionary plant-based omakase dining experience on February 14, 2024, in the heart of New York City. Located inside Sanctuary Hotel at 132 W 47th Street, this new culinary venture promises to redefine vegan cuisine with a global twist and Japanese inspiration.

A Fresh Take on Omakase Dining

Led by the innovative minds behind SimpleVenue, renowned for its micro-restaurant concepts, Omakaseed is the brainchild of founders Michael Sinensky, Erika London, and hospitality expert Richie Romero. Drawing from their success with the acclaimed Sushi by Bou brand, the team is poised to elevate plant-based dining to new heights.
