Niku Nashi Vegan Sushi, celebrated as the top vegan sushi spot in Los Angeles by Angeleno Magazine in 2023, is set to make a splash at The Colony in West Los Angeles. Joining esteemed culinary icons like Goop Kitchen by Gwyneth Paltrow, the restaurant’s grand opening is scheduled for today, Friday, April 19 at 11:30am.
Niku Nashi’s Relocation from Melrose to West LA
The move to The Colony marks an exciting expansion for Niku Nashi Vegan Sushi, bringing its 100% plant-based sushi delights to a broader audience in Santa Monica, Westwood, West Los Angeles, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and select parts of Pacific Palisades. The restaurant is available on all major delivery platforms under the alias Kakkoi Sushi.
Kakkoi Sushi, brainchild of Chef Ole Tsoy, a trailblazing female sushi chef from Russia, infuses Barcelona-inspired flavors into Los Angeles’ culinary scene, following a successful tenure in Barcelona spanning nine years.
